Heirloom Artists is owned and operated by Clifford and Jean Mansley. Their studios and custom frame shop occupy
an entire floor of their spacious home in the suburban Portland community of Lake Oswego.
Skilled in numerous calligraphic styles, decorative embellishment and gold leaf application they
serve a wide variety of customers from individual commissions to corporations, schools, hospitals and social agencies.
With their in-house frame shop and contacts with skilled printers they are equipped to take almost any job from conception to completion.
